Dynamic Argon Socialization about Work Ethic

Dynamic Argon Co., Ltd. proudly held a Socialization about Work Ethic, the foundation of our culture and a reflection of the values that guide every decision we make. The event held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, in DAC Office 3^rd Floor, Phnom Penh.

The event was attended by HR Director of Medela Potentia, Ibu Nancy Kartika; General Director of Dynamic Argon Cambodia, Mr. Ivan Setiadi, and all of DAC management team including all employees.

During her keynote speech Ibu Nancy Kartika highlighted the important code that’s at the very heart of our organization, our Code of Ethics, which is also the foundation of our culture and a reflection of the values that guide every decision we make.

“Our code is built on three core commitments: Respect, Integrity, and Sustainability” said Ibu Nancy Kartika, “The first pillar of our code is a commitment to respect. This is about creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, safe, and heard. The second pillar is a commitment to integrity, which is about making the right choices and building trust. Finally, our third commitment is to sustainability. While this often brings to mind environmental efforts, for us, it has a broader meaning.”

Ibu Nancy Kartika, “Each of these commitments is interconnected, and they all rely on each one of us. Our Code of Ethics isn't a top-down mandate, it's a set of shared principles that we all agree to uphold. By living these values every day, we not only build a better workplace but also a more resilient and successful company,” highlighting that, this socialization will help to promote a better work environment and social moral for all DAC employees, while also extending sincere gratitude to all distinguished professors, doctors, and guest who are attending the seminar.
