ភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ – ក្រុមហ៊ុន ឌីណាមុិច អាហ្គន (Dynamic Argon) ដែលជាក្រុមហ៊ុនមួយក្នុងវិស័យនាំចូល និងចែកចាយឱសថនៅកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាមួយនៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិពាណិជ្ជសាស្រ្ត (National Institute of Business - NIB) ក្រោមប្រធានបទ "ស្វែងយល់អំពីសកម្មភាពអាជីវកម្ម និងតម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារក្នុងវិស័យនាំចូល និងចែកចាយឱសថនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា"។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានគោលបំណងចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ជាក់ស្តែងពីអ្នកជំនាញក្នុងវិស័យឱសថ ដល់ប្អូនៗនិស្សិតនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិពាណិជ្ជសាស្រ្ត ជាពិសេសអ្នកដែលកំពុងសិក្សាជំនាញពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឬមុខជំនាញផ្សេងទៀតដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានសារៈសំខាន់ និងផ្តល់អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ដល់និស្សិតក្នុងការស្វែងយល់ស៊ីជម្រៅអំពី៖
១. ទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅនៃវិស័យនាំចូល និងចែកចាយឱសថនៅកម្ពុជា៖ បង្ហាញអំពីដំណើរការទាំងមូល ចាប់ពីការនាំចូល ការគ្រប់គ្រងឃ្លាំង ការដឹកជញ្ជូន រហូតដល់ការចែកចាយដល់អតិថិជន។
២. តម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារ៖ ការណែនាំអំពីជំនាញសំខាន់ៗដែលទីផ្សារការងារក្នុងវិស័យនេះត្រូវការ ព្រមទាំងឱកាសការងារដែលមានសក្តានុពលសម្រាប់និស្សិតត្រៀមបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា។
តំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុន ឌីណាមុិច អាហ្គន បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលានេះ គឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ក្នុងការចូលរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់តម្រូវការនៃទីផ្សារការងារនាពេលអនាគត។ ក្រុមហ៊ុនសង្ឃឹមថា សិក្ខាសាលានេះនឹងជួយបំពាក់បំប៉នចំណេះដឹង និងលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់និស្សិតឱ្យត្រៀមខ្លួនបានល្អ ដើម្បីក្លាយជាអ្នកជំនាញប្រកបដោយសមត្ថភាពនាពេលអនាគត។
Phnom Penh, June 20, 2025 – Dynamic Argon, a pharmaceutical import and distribution company in Cambodia, organized a seminar at the National Institute of Business (NIB) under the theme “Understanding Business Activities and Job Market Demands in the Pharmaceutical Import and Distribution Sector in Cambodia”.
The seminar aims to share knowledge and practical experiences from experts in the pharmaceutical industry to students of the National Institute of Business, especially those studying business or other related fields. The seminar is important and beneficial for students to understand in depth:
1. Overview of the pharmaceutical import and distribution sector in Cambodia: It shows the entire process, from import, warehouse management, transportation to distribution to customers.
2. Job Market Needs: An introduction to the key skills needed in the job market in this field, as well as potential job opportunities for students preparing to graduate.
A representative from Dynamic Argon highlighted that organizing this seminar is part of the company’s commitment to contributing to the development of human resources in Cambodia and preparing for the needs of the future job market.
