ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៣រោច ខែអស្សុជ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រុមហ៊ុន Dynamic argon សហការជាមួយមហាវិទ្យាល័យឱសថសាស្រ្តនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសុខាភិបាល ខ.ភ.ម ដើម្បីបង្កើតកម្មវិធីសិក្ខាសាលាមួយស្ដីអំពី " ការស្វែងយល់ពីសកម្មភាពអាជីវកម្ម និងតម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារនៅក្នុងវិស័យនាំចូល-ចែកចាយផលិតផលសុខាភិបាល " ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពឯកឧត្ដម ឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ទោ សាស្ត្រាចារ្យជំនួយ អ៉ិន សុន្ទរា នាយករងវិទ្យាស្ថានទទួលបន្ទុកមហាវិទ្យាល័យឱសថសាស្រ្ត តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ឯកឧត្ដមឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ នឹម មាលា នាយកវិទ្យាស្ថាន និងវាគ្មិនចំនួនពីររូបដែលតំណាងឲ្យក្រុមហ៊ុន Dynamic argon ដើម្បីធ្វើការចែករំលែក និងធ្វើបទបង្ហាញពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងប្រធានបទខាងលើដល់និស្សិតឱសថសាស្ត្រឆ្នាំទី5 ដែលត្រៀមនឹងបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សានាពេលខាងមុខ។

✅ គោលបំណងនៃសិក្ខាសាលានេះ

១. ពង្រីកការយល់ដឹងរបស់និស្សិតអំពី សក្តានុពលរីកចម្រើនយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័ស នៃវិស័យចែកចាយផលិតផលសុខាភិបាលក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលទាមទារនូវធនធានមនុស្សប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។

២. ការបង្ហាញផ្លូវអាជីព៖ បង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់អំពីតួនាទី និងកាតព្វកិច្ចផ្សេងៗគ្នា ពីការងារផ្នែក Logistics, ខ្សែសង្វាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ (Supply Chain), ផ្នែកលក់ (Sales) និងទីផ្សារ (Marketing) រហូតដល់ការងារទាក់ទងនឹង បទប្បញ្ញត្តិ (Regulatory Affairs), ត្រួតពិនិត្យគុណភាព (Quality Assurance) និង ឱសថស្ថាន (Pharmacy)។

3. ការផ្សារភ្ជាប់រវាងនិយោជក និងនិស្សិត៖ កម្មវិធីនេះជាស្ពានដ៏រឹងមាំមួយក្នុងការ ភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនង រវាងក្រុមហ៊ុនដែល មាន ស្ដង់ដាដូចជា ឌីណាម៉ិច អាហ្គន ជាមួយនឹងនិស្សិតដែលត្រៀមបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យឱសថសាស្រ្តនៅកម្ពុជា។

On Friday, October 10, 2025, Dynamic Argon, in collaboration with the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Health Science Institute of RCAF, organized a workshop on “Understanding Business Activities and Labor Market Demands in the Health Product Import and Distribution Sector.”

The event was presided over by H.E. Lieutenant General Associate Professor In Sontera, Deputy Director of the Institute in charge of the Faculty of Pharmacy, representing H.E. General Professor Nhim Mala, Director of the Institute. Two guest speakers from Dynamic Argon also participated to share insights and presentations related to the theme with fifth-year pharmacy students who are about to complete their studies.

✅ Objectives of the Workshop:

Enhance students’ understanding of the rapidly growing potential of Cambodia’s health product distribution sector, which demands highly qualified and professional human resources.

Career Path Orientation: Provide clear insights into various roles and responsibilities in fields such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing, as well as positions related to Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Pharmacy.

Employer–Student Connection: Serve as a strong bridge between reputable companies like Dynamic Argon and graduating students, fostering relationships that contribute to the advancement of Cambodia’s pharmaceutical sector.
