To develop its employees’ competencies and potentials, Dynamic Argon Cambodia collaborating with Educational Development Institute held a Leadership Skills Training on 17-18 December 2021. The training was attended by participants at the managerial level.
In his presentation, Mr. Okhna explained the importance of leadership skills at the managerial level to prepare the people on his team to become qualified leaders.
With this training, the leaders of Dynamic Argon Cambodia are expected to enhance their competencies and skills to always provide their best for Cambodians, which is in line with DAC's slogan, "Together provide a better health".
